Sergio Meller is a specialist in the field of Change and Organization Development, and Human Capital Management. He is owner and director of Meller Consultores, based in Buenos Aires and Consultant at the Society for Organizational Learning (SoL).

Sergio Meller is a renowned specialist in the field of Change and Organization Development, and Human Capital Management. For the last 25 years he has been designing and facilitating strengthening programs for top management teams, leadership and executive programs as well as human capital consulting services for multinational companies both in Argentina and more than 20 countries.

He is professor of Change and Corporate Transformation at the MBA and Executive MBA Programs in the Universidad Torcuato Di Tella in Buenos Aires.

Sergio is a Doctor in Psychology who has specialized in the analysis of new corporate strategies and their impact in the organizational culture and its evolution. He holds a Master’s Degree in Business Management at CEMA University, Argentina. He completed his post graduate education at Columbia University and at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), both in the USA.

As a member of the organizing team of TEDx Rio de la Plata (a non-for-profit organization) since its beginning in 2009, Sergio has participated in the conception, design and execution of more than 10 TEDx Events. The last event was held in Buenos Aires in 2014 for more than 10,000 participants. Sergio provides support to future speakers by training and helping them to frame, practice and deliver their TED presentations.

Since 2004 Sergio runs his own consulting firm based in Buenos Aires with a client portfolio of top tier companies that inlcudes American Express, Akzonobel, Arcos Dorados (McDonalds), Banco Hipotecario, Banco Galicia, Banco Francés, Bayer, BID, Carrier, Catena Zapata, Citibank, Coca Cola, Danone, DirecTV, Havanna, Hewlett Packard, Kimberly Clark, Manpower, Monsanto, Neoris, Nestlé, PepsiCo, Petrobrás, Shell, Unicef, Universidad de San Andrés, among others.

Previously he used to be Human Resources Planning Manager for Cemex (Mexico) and Organization & Human Performance Senior Manager for Accenture, in charge of implementing change management strategies for organizational transformation plans in multinational companies.

Sergio has more than 20 years of experience in the academic field as professor at the Virtual Technological University in Monterrey, at University of Buenos Aires (UBA), at Universidad Argentina de la Empresa (UADE), at University of Belgrano, and at IDEA (Institute for the Development of Argentine Businessmen).
